Return for Refund Policies & Procedures

Warranty:

DME Authority provides warranty for all our new products. If a new product is defective, causing inoperability with 12 months of purchase, the product can be sent back to us for a new replacement. Please email info@DMEAuthority.com for replacement requests.

 

Return Policy

Please note that items sold at discounted prices are Final and Non-refundable. We offer One Time Return ONLY for items being returned within 14 days of purchase for products that are in brand new condition, never worn, and in their original, unopened packaging. Accepted returns within this time period will be charged a 50% restocking fee, minus the shipping and handling fee originally paid.

  • Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping the return items back to us
  • Should the return item not meet the above guidelines, DME Authority has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped back to the customer
  • Please send the return item back to DME Authority in the original packaging it came in
  • Once items are received and inspected by our exchange team, the refund credit will be issued within 7 business days

 

Making Your Return:

Please follow the steps below to make your return.

  1. To initiate a return, please Email us at info@DMEAuthority.com with email subject “Return Authorization Request of [fill in your Payment ID number here]” which can be found on the purchase receipt that was emailed to you, to request for a Return Authorization Code. Please list the reason for your return.
  2. Once you receive the Return Authorization Code through our email reply, please proceed to send your return item back to us.
  3. Please send the items to the address below with a Clearly Written Note stating the following.
    • a. Your Return Authorization Code
    • b. Your Payment ID Number
    • c. Your full name, email, phone, and full mailing address
    • d. Your return request in detail
  4. Once you send out your return items, please also send us an email update with the above information and the tracking number of your package. We will refund you upon receipt of your return within 7 business days of receipt.
